Carloochis Italian sausage, peppers and onions on a roll.

Ingredients

1 package of potato rolls (rolls of choice)
1 package of 6 Premio Hot Italian sausage (mild, sweet or hot is optional)
3 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 red onion
1 yellow or sweet onion
1 bottle of Carlos’ Consuming Fire Hot Sauce of choice
1/4 cup of water
2 tbs of avocado oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the skillet on medium heat.
2. Add 1/4 cup of water. Allow it to get hot.
3. Add a package of 6 Premio Hot Italian sausage. Cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes covered and turning occasionally till nice and brown.
4. While sausage is cooking mince garlic and cut all peppers and onions.
5. Add 2 tbs of avocado oil into a small skillet until hot.
6. Add garlic till golden and aroma fills the air. Add sliced peppers and onions.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir frequently for 3-4 minutes.

Serving Instructions

1)Prepare a plate with potato rolls. Add a little bit of spicy mustard.
2) Place sausages in buns and add garlic, peppers, and onions.
Top of with your favorite Carlos’ Consuming Fire Hot Sauce!
