How do subscriptions work?
Three tiers, all cancel-anytime. The entry tier sends one rotating bottle a month, a pick-your-own tier lets you choose your sauces, and the top tier is the full lineup with extras like ballpark tickets and subscriber-only drops. Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, anytime. Pause it for a month or two, swap your sauces, move up or down a tier, or cancel outright, all from your account. No lock-in and no cancellation fee.
How do gift cards work?
Buy one in a preset amount ($25, $50, $75, or $100) or any custom amount, and it arrives as a code your recipient redeems at checkout. Spend less than the balance and the rest stays on the card for next time; spend more and they just cover the difference. Balances don't expire.
What's a bundle, and do I actually save?
A bundle pairs sauces together for less than buying them one by one. The savings shown on each bundle is the real difference between its price and the same bottles bought separately.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
We pack and ship within 1 to 3 business days, and US delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days. US shipping is a flat rate that drops to free once your order passes our free-shipping threshold, and your exact cost shows at checkout before you pay. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I return a bottle?
Opened food products can't be returned for safety reasons, but if your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
