Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Subscription boxes ship on their regular schedule. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Rates
- US orders ship at a flat $8 when your order is under $65, and orders of $65 or more ship free. International orders ship at live carrier rates. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Carriers & transit
We ship with major US carriers. Typical transit is 2–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather or carrier delays.
Lost or damaged
Glass bottles are packed to travel, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the ship date with your order number and a photo of any damage. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
